Beverly and Steve founded Moss Roofing in 1991. Their company was established on the core principles of honesty, integrity, and quality service. Within this framework, Moss Roofing grew steadily, primarily through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied customers. Beverly continues to oversee administrative and financial operations. Steve has since retired. In their spare time, they enjoy camping and being with their grandchildren.

Adam, Beverly and Steve’s son, has been in the Moss Family since the start. From the first phone call to the final inspection, he touches each stage of the roofing process. Adam genuinely loves every aspect of the roofing industry. Currently, he works as the President of Moss Roofing, spending his days ensuring homeowners receive the best possible experience. When not in the office, Adam enjoys watching sports and spending time with his family.

Benny Jr. joined the Moss Family in 2009 with his father, Benny Sr. With over two decades of experience, he knows construction. Initially, he started by installing roofing and siding and performing inspections. After several years, Benny Jr. was promoted to Production Manager. His current responsibilities include coordinating installation crews and overseeing the work site. In his spare time, Benny Jr. enjoys archery and being outdoors.

Chris joined the Moss Family in 2021 as a Field Inspector. He brought over 6 years of experience pouring concrete, setting foundations, and excavating. After arriving, Chris oversaw installations and performed final quality inspections. In 2024, Chris was promoted to the role of Senior Field Supervisor where he trains and supervises our other field inspectors. When not working, he enjoys the outdoors, plays the guitar, and masterfully cooks steaks.

Benny joined the Moss Family as a Project Manager in 2009. Over his distinguished career, he has nearly five decades in construction, including framing, installing, roofing, siding, painting, drywalling, and insulating. Benny uses his vast knowledge to train Moss Roofing’s other project managers, assist with niche projects, and educate customers about ideal home improvement options. When not working, Benny enjoys the outdoors and playing with his dog.
Senior Project Manager
Bradley joined the Moss Family in 2015 as a Project Manager. Before transitioning into the construction industry over a decade ago, he specialized in heavy machine operation. Bradley loves ensuring his clients’ homes are well-protected with properly installed roofing and siding to withstand the harshest Indiana weather. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and coaching his son in baseball and football.

Kent joined the Moss family in 2014 as a Project Manager. Collectively, he has over a decade of experience in construction, including roofing, wallpapering, and painting. Kent ensures his clients have the best possible customer service experience. Consequently, he consistently receives 5-star reviews from his appreciative clients. Kent hosts local karaoke shows in his free time and enjoys playing bass guitar in a band with his friends.
Project Manager
Mike joined the Moss Family in 2021 as a Project Manager. Previously, he had 37 years of construction experience in roofing, siding, drywall, and painting. At Moss Roofing, Mike derives satisfaction from building meaningful relationships with customers. He takes pride in seeing homes transformed in a way that exceeds homeowners’ expectations. Outside of work, Mike spends time with his family, watches football and basketball, and grills.

Cody officially joined the Moss Family in 2023 as a Project Estimator but has done construction projects for Moss for several years. He has over 8 years of general construction, remodeling, and repair experience. His favorite part about being at Moss is making jokes with his coworkers. In his spare time, you can find him playing basketball or spending time with his kids.

Mike joined the Moss Family in 2023 as a Project Estimator. Prior to Moss, Mike worked as an account manager in liquor distribution for 27 years. His favorite thing about working at Moss is building relationships with his clients and meeting new people. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, playing the drums, and attending his son’s hockey games.

Delaney joined the Moss Family in October 2018 as a Production Coordinator. She oversees material ordering, project scheduling, and will be keeping you updated as your project progresses. Her favorite part of working at Moss is that it feels like one big family. When not at the office, Delaney enjoys golfing, trying new recipes, and spending time with her new baby.

Dakota joined the Moss Family in January 2023 to assist with marketing and client relations. A graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Marketing and Digital Media, he initially worked as a Logistics Account Executive, managing an impressive book of business. He now takes that experience to help Moss Roofing successfully reach its clients. Outside of work, Dakota enjoys hiking, listening to new music, and spending time with his friends.

He loves guiding his customers through the insurance process and assisting them in their home restoration. When not working, he enjoys being outdoors, smoking barbeque, watching college football, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
